16-430. Number of voting machines in a precinct Where voting machines are used, precincts shall be equipped by the board of supervisors to provide a minimum of two voting machines for any number up to five hundred registered electors, with one additional voting machine provided for each additional two hundred fifty registered voters, or major fraction thereof, up to one thousand registered voters, one additional voting machine for each additional five hundred registered voters, or major fraction thereof, up to two thousand registered voters, and one additional voting machine for each additional one thousand registered voters, or major fraction thereof, for all over two thousand registered voters. |
