35-761. Cooperation with public bodies

For the purposes of carrying out the intent and provisions of this chapter, the governing body of a municipality or county may enter into cooperative agreements with governing bodies of any other municipality or county or with a state or any department or agency thereof, or with the United States or with any agency, department, or instrumentality thereof.
