38-872. Voluntary participation; authorization

A. State employees may participate in tax deferred annuity and deferred compensation programs established pursuant to the provisions of section 38-871.

B. Participants in such plans shall authorize their employers in writing to make reductions or deductions in their remuneration as provided in an executed deferred compensation agreement.
