41-1504.01. Export promotion services; fees

A. The department may assess businesses fees for promotional services provided to businesses that export Arizona products and services. The fees shall not exceed the actual costs of the services provided.

B. All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the export promotion fund established by section 41-1504.02.
