41-1552.05. Report on program; contents

The commission shall annually submit a report to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives detailing the results of the program, including all of the following:

1. The number of small businesses in this state receiving SBIR or STTR phase I awards.

2. The number of small businesses in this state receiving SBIR or STTR phase II awards.

3. Any products or processes developed as a result of SBIR or STTR research or development.

4. Any patents applied for or licenses granted based on SBIR or STTR research or development.

5. An abstract of the SBIR or STTR phase I and phase II work performed by firms in this state and any other information pertinent to evaluating the program.
