44-6553. Exemptions


The following are exempt from the registration requirements prescribed in section
44-6552:


1. This state or any counties or municipalities of this state or their agencies.


2. Political parties, candidates for federal, state or local office and campaign
committees required to file financial information with federal, state or local election
agencies.
