48-1015. Financial transactions of elected board of directors; review; veto authority A. The board of supervisors may review and comment but shall not have veto authority over financial transactions of the board of directors of an improvement district elected pursuant to this article. B. This section does not apply to a district with a population of more than ten thousand persons according to the most recent United States decennial census. |
