§ 5-68-414 - Extradition.

5-68-414.Extradition.Inany case in which a circuit court has entered its judgment, pursuant to 5-68-411, that the mailable matter in question is obscene, and acharge of continuing violation is brought against a person that, being arespondent to the judgment, cannot be found in this state, the Governorshall demand the person's extradition from the executive authority ofthe state where the person may be found pursuant to the laws of thisstate unless the person has appealed from the judgment and the appealhas not been finally determined.

  • 5-68-414. Extradition.

    In any case in which a circuit court has entered its judgment, pursuant to 5-68-411, that the mailable matter in question is obscene, and a charge of continuing violation is brought against a person that, being a respondent to the judgment, cannot be found in this state, the Governor shall demand the person's extradition from the executive authority of the state where the person may be found pursuant to the laws of this state unless the person has appealed from the judgment and the appeal has not been finally determined.
