BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE
SECTION 3532-3533



3532.  Any person who violates Section 3502, 3503, 3515, or 3516
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the
county jail not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding one
thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both.




3533.  Whenever any person has engaged in any act or practice which
constitutes an offense against this chapter, the superior court of
any county, on application of the board, may issue an injunction or
other appropriate order restraining such conduct. Proceedings under
this section shall be governed by Chapter 3 (commencing with Section
525) of Title 7 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The board
or the committee may commence action in the superior court under the
provisions of this section.
