SECTION 3685-3686
3685. (a) The repeal of this chapter renders the committee subject to the review required by Division 1.2 (commencing with Section 473). (b) The committee shall prepare the report required by Section 473.2 no later than September 1, 2012. 3686. This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2014, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2014, deletes or extends that date.
