SECTION 89310
89310.  The trustees may authorize the allowance of actual andnecessary traveling expenses to students to participate in the studyof matters relating to education at the California State Universityor in activities that, in the judgment of the president of aparticular campus, are integrally related to its formal instructionalofferings. Traveling expenses shall not be allowed with respect tostudent lobbyists or representatives in Sacramento. Section 11032 of the Government Code does not apply to allowancesauthorized by this section.
