ELECTIONS CODE
SECTION 16300



16300.  Irregularity or improper conduct shall annul or set aside a
nomination only if it appears that illegal votes in the precinct have
been given to the defendant, which if taken from him or her, would
reduce the number of his legal votes below the number of votes given
to the contestant.
