19995.5.  The Governor may make each year awards which shall beknown as the Governor's Awards to employees or groups of employeeswho distinguished themselves by outstanding service to the stateduring the preceding year.19995.6.  Employees shall be nominated for the award by thedirectors of the various state departments and agencies and theGovernor shall select from the persons so nominated the persons towhom he or she shall make the award.19995.7.  The award shall consist of a suitable medal or trophy.
