HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 11825-11826



11825.  The department may establish reasonable criteria to evaluate
the performance of programs and services that are described in the
county plan.


11826.  The department may do all of the following:
   (a) Review and conduct evaluation studies of service delivery to
clients in programs receiving state allocated funds.
   (b) Conduct investigative reporting.
   (c) Disseminate evaluation studies, reports, articles, and other
reference documents.
   (d) Evaluate the administration of county alcohol and other drug
programs to determine whether the county provides for adequate
administration of the county alcohol and other drug program.
