8780.  No person, partnership, corporation, association, or his,her, or its agents or representatives, shall sell, offer for sale, oradvertise any plot under representation that the plot is underendowment care, before an endowment care fund has been establishedfor the cemetery in which the plot is situated.8781.  It shall be unlawful for a cemetery authority, its officers,employees or agents, or a cemetery broker or salesman to representthat an endowment care fund or any other fund set up for maintainingcare is perpetual or permanent.
