1860. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit orregulate the payment of dividends, savings or unabsorbed premiumdeposits allowed or returned by insurers to their policyholders,members or subscribers. A plan for the payment of dividends, savingsor unabsorbed premium deposits allowed or returned by insurers totheir policyholders, members or subscribers shall not be deemed arating plan or system.1860.1. No act done, action taken or agreement made pursuant to theauthority conferred by this chapter shall constitute a violation ofor grounds for prosecution or civil proceedings under any other lawof this State heretofore or hereafter enacted which does notspecifically refer to insurance.1860.2. The administration and enforcement of this chapter shall begoverned solely by the provisions of this chapter. Except asprovided in this chapter, no other law relating to insurance and noother provisions in this code heretofore or hereafter enacted shallapply to or be construed as supplementing or modifying the provisionsof this chapter unless such other law or other provision expresslyso provides and specifically refers to the sections of this chapterwhich it intends to supplement or modify.1860.3. The provisions of the following sections of this code shallbe applicable to the administration, enforcement and interpretationof this chapter: Sections 1 to 41, both inclusive, 100 to 121, both inclusive, 620,621, 700, 701, 704, 730 to 737, both inclusive, 12903, 12904, 12919,12921, 12921.5, 12924 to 12926, both inclusive, 12928, 12930, and12974 to 12977, both inclusive.
