1360.  The Department of Veterans Affairs shall establish astatewide Veterans Memorial Registry. The registry shall provide thelocation and condition of all known veterans memorials in California.The department may seek the assistance and cooperation of the GoldenState Museum, State Archives, Secretary of State, Department ofInformation Technology, Department of Parks and Recreation, and otherappropriate agencies, including agencies with expertise inhistorical sites.1361.  The Veterans Memorial Registry shall be made available on theweb site of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The department shallprovide the geographically referenced information in a readilyaccessible format that permits members of the public to submitinformation on memorials to the registry, which shall be updated on aregular basis.
