SECTION 21156
21156.  It is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this chapterthat a master environmental impact report shall evaluate thecumulative impacts, growth inducing impacts, and irreversiblesignificant effects on the environment of subsequent projects to thegreatest extent feasible. The Legislature further intends that theenvironmental review of subsequent projects be substantially reducedto the extent that the project impacts have been reviewed andappropriate mitigation measures are set forth in a certified masterenvironmental impact report.
