100380.  The district shall take such steps as may be necessary toobtain coverage for the district and its employees under Title 2 ofthe Federal Social Security Act, as amended, and the relatedprovisions of the Federal Contributions Act, as amended.100381.  The district shall take such steps as may be necessary toobtain coverage for the district and its employees under the workers'compensation, unemployment compensation disability and unemploymentinsurance laws of the State of California.
