SECTION 103450-103451
103450.  The district shall take such steps as may be necessary toobtain coverage for the district and its employees under SubchapterII of the Federal Social Security Act, as amended, and the relatedprovisions of the Federal Contributions Act, as amended.103451.  The district shall take such steps as may be necessary toobtain coverage for the district and its employees under the workmen's compensation, unemployment compensation, and disability andunemployment insurance laws of the State of California.
