142200.  The authority shall consult with, and coordinate itsactions to secure funding for the completion and improvement of thepriority regional transportation improvements with the cities in thecounty, the board of supervisors, the Council of Fresno CountyGovernments, and the Department of Transportation for the purpose ofintegrating its planned improvements with the other transportationimprovement plans and operations of other transportation agenciesimpacting the county.142201.  The authority shall prepare and adopt an annual report eachyear on progress made to achieve the objective of improvingtransportation conditions related to priority regional transportationimprovements and other local transportation needs.
