SECTION 22256-22259
22256.  By a resolution entered on its minutes, the board ofsupervisors of each affected county shall declare the district formedif: (a) A majority of the votes cast at the election is for theformation of the district. (b) A majority of the votes cast in a majority in number of thecities included in whole or in part in the district, counting all ofthe unincorporated territory in each affected county as a city forthis purpose, is for the formation of the district.22257.  The resolution shall contain the name of the district and adescription or other designation of its boundaries.22258.  A certified copy of the resolution shall be recorded in theoffice of the recorder of each affected county.22259.  Upon the filing with the Secretary of State, the formationof the district is complete.
