SECTION 40060-40062
40060. The members of the Orange County Transportation Authority, comprised as specified by Section 130052, shall serve as the board of directors of the district. 40061. The board of directors shall select one of its members as chairman. 40062. The board shall determine the number of, and appoint the officers of the district. Any officer of the Orange County Transportation Authority may also serve as an officer of the district.
