PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 98020-98022 



98020.  The County of Santa Cruz may organize and incorporate the
Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District.



98021.  The request for the formation of the Santa Cruz Metropolitan
Transit District may be made by resolution or by petition as set out
in this chapter.


98022.  The district may include incorporated and unincorporated
territory within the County of Santa Cruz.
