SECTION 6750-6751
6750. None of the provisions of Part 3 of this division relating to protests against the work shall apply to any work undertaken pursuant to the provisions of this part. All of the provisions of Part 3 of this division which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this part shall apply hereto. 6751. As used in this part "roadbed" includes that portion of any street used by the track of any railroad between the rails and for two feet on each side thereof and between the tracks if there is more than one, and includes the rails of such track or tracks.
