23580.  At any time prior to incurring any indebtedness orobligation, or upon the full payment of all indebtedness orobligations of a distribution district a petition, signed andacknowledged by not less than the number of owners of landconstituting the distribution district required to sign a petition toform the distribution district, may be filed with the boardrequesting that the distribution district be dissolved.23581.  A hearing on dissolution shall be had in the same manner andafter the same notice as is required for the formation of adistribution district.23582.  The board may, after the hearing, order the distributiondistrict dissolved.23583.  The order of dissolution shall be recorded in the samemanner as the order forming the distribution district.
