34180.  The clerk of the board shall cause a notice to be publishedat least once a week for three successive weeks in a newspaper ofgeneral circulation published in each affected county. The noticeshall state each of the following: (a) That the petition has been presented to the board. (b) The time and place for the hearing. (c) The text of the petition. (d) The names signed to the petition.34181.  The first publication of the notice shall be at least 21days before the day set for the hearing. If at the hearing it appearsthat the notice is defective in any material respect, the boardshall set another time for the hearing and cause notice again to bepublished.34182.  No clerical error in the published text of the petition andno error or omission in the publication of the names attached to thepetition invalidates any action on the petition or deprives the boardof jurisdiction to proceed in the matter.
