46730.  Immediately after the installment has become delinquent, thecounty treasurer shall prepare and publish once a week for twoconsecutive weeks in each affected county in one notice a list of alldelinquencies in the county.46731.  The notice shall contain all the following: (a) A description of the property assessed. (b) The name of the person to whom it is assessed or a statementthat it is assessed to unknown owners if such is the fact. (c) The amount then due on the property. (d) A notice that the property assessed will be sold on the datetherein stated in front of the county courthouse to pay the amountthen due on the property.
