47960.  The provisions of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 46670)of this part with reference to the method of collection ofassessments shall not be applicable to the collection of assesmentsunder this chapter in the event that the board elects to proceedunder Section 47930 of this code.47961.  The enforcement of the collection of district assessmentsunder this chapter may be had in the same manner and by the samemeans as provided by law for the enforcement of liens of countytaxes.
