48300.  Whenever land is excluded from the district or land isincluded in the district pursuant to this part, the board shall filea certificate with the Secretary of State listing: (a) The name of the district. (b) The effective date of the exclusion or inclusion. (c) The county or counties in which the district is located, and adescription of the excluded or included land, or reference to a mapshowing the boundaries of such excluded or included land, which mapshall be attached to the certificate, or reference to the countyrecorder's office where a description of such boundaries has beenrecorded. If any order adopted by the board pursuant to this part withrespect to the exclusion or inclusion of land contains all of theinformation required to be in the certificate, the board may file acopy of the order in lieu of the certificate.
