§ 4-8-1 - Abandonment of dead dogs -- Upon private property

O.C.G.A.4-8-1 (2010) 4-8-1.Abandonment of dead dogs -- Upon private property Noperson shall intentionally abandon a dead dog on any private propertybelonging to another unless the person so doing shall have firstobtained permission from the owner of the property on which the dog isbeing left and the provisions of Code Section 4-5-3 are complied with infull.

    4-8-1. Abandonment of dead dogs -- Upon private property


    No person shall intentionally abandon a dead dog on any private property belonging to another unless the person so doing shall have first obtained permission from the owner of the property on which the dog is being left and the provisions of Code Section 4-5-3 are complied with in full.
