(325 ILCS 57/5) Sec. 5. State agency webpage requirements. (a) Each State agency that maintains an Internet website must include a hypertext link to the homepage website maintained and operated by the National Center For Missing And Exploited Children. (b) Each State agency that maintains an Internet website must include a hypertext link to any State agency website that posts information concerning AMBER alerts or similar broadcasts concerning missing children.
