    Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Draft Card Mutilation Act.

    Sec. 1. Sentence.
    A person who knowingly destroys or mutilates a valid registration certificate or any other valid certificate issued under the federal "Military Selective Service Act of 1967" commits a Class 4 felony.
