(720 ILCS 650/1) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 51) Sec. 1. No person, personally or through an agent, shall transport nitroglycerin in a liquid state on any highway; except this Act shall not prohibit the transportation of desensitized liquid nitroglycerin on any highway. Any person who violates this Act shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. (Source: P. A. 77‑2273.) |
