Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 1.--PUBLIC WAREHOUSES; DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

      34-126.   Policy of Kansas concerning high-quality grain.It is declared to be the policy of the state of Kansas to: (1) Promote the production of high-quality grain; (2) promote storage andhandling practices which will assist in the maintenance of grain quality;and (3) promote the marketing of grain of high quality to both domestic andforeign buyers. The objective of this policy is to provide greatereconomic incentives for production and sale of high-quality grain.
