Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-240.   Warehouseman's receipt on own grain valid.Any public warehouseman operating a warehouse in this state may make avalid sale or pledge of any warehouse receipts issued for grain of whichthe warehouseman is the owner, either solely or jointly or in common withothers, and the recital of such ownership in the receipts shall constitutenotice to all the world of the right to sell or pledge the same and of thetitle or specific lien of the transferee or pledgee upon the warehouseman'sgrain represented by such receipts.
