Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-267.   Against what property the lien may be enforced.Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 34-270, a warehouseman's lienmay be enforced: (a) Against all grain, whenever deposited, belonging tothe person who is liable as debtor for the claims in regard to which thelien is asserted, and (b) against all grain belonging to others whichhas been deposited at any time by the person who is liable as debtor forthe claims in regard to which the lien is asserted, if such person hadbeen so intrusted with the possession of the grain that a pledge of thesame by him at the time of the deposit to one who took the grain in goodfaith for value would have been valid.
