Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-269.   Negotiable receipt must state charges for which lien isclaimed.If a negotiable receipt is issued for grain, the warehouseman shall haveno lien thereon, except for charges for storage on such grain subsequentto the date of the receipt, unless the receipt expressly enumeratesother charges for which a lien is claimed. In such cases there shall bea lien for the charges enumerated so far as they are within the terms ofK.S.A. 34-267, although the amount of the charges so enumerated isnot stated in the receipt.
