Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-277.   Negotiations of negotiable receipts by delivery.(a) Where, by the terms of the receipt, the warehouseman undertakes todeliver the goods to the bearer, or (b) where, by the terms of the receipt,the warehouseman undertakes to deliver the grain to the order of aspecified person, and such person or a subsequent endorsee of the receipthas endorsed it in blank or to bearer. Where, by the terms of a negotiablereceipt, the grain is deliverable to bearer or where a negotiable receipthas been endorsed in blank or to bearer, any holder may endorse the same tohimself or to any other specified person, and in such case the receiptshall thereafter be negotiated only by the endorsement of such endorsee.
