Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-295.   Negotiation of receipt for grain not owned or encumbered grainwith intent to defraud; penalty.Any person who takes a negotiable receipt for grain for which the persondoes not have title or upon whichthere is a lien or mortgage and who negotiates the receipt for value withintent to defraud orwithout disclosing the person's lack of title or the existence of the lien ormortgage is guilty of a severity level 10, nonperson felony.
