Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-2,102.   Invalidation of any part of this act.That if any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this act shall, forany reason, be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to beinvalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainderthereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence,paragraph, or part thereof directly involved in the controversy in whichsuch judgment shall be returned.
