Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 23.--REVISED KANSAS JUVENILE JUSTICE CODE

38-2318. Determination of parentage.When there is a dispute with respect to parentage, thecourt may stay childsupport proceedings, if any are pending in the case, until the dispute isresolved by a separateaction under the Kansas parentage act. Nothing in this section shall beconstrued to limit thepower of the court to carry out the purposes of the revised Kansas juvenilejustice code.
