Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 23.--REVISED KANSAS JUVENILE JUSTICE CODE

      38-2345.   Nolo contendere.A plea of nolo contendere is a formal declarationthat the juvenile does notcontest the charge. When a plea of nolo contendere is accepted thecourt shall adjudicate thejuvenile to be a juvenile offender. The plea cannot be used against thejuvenile as an admission inany other action based on the same act.
