Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Article 7.--EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW

      44-721.   Nonliability of state.Benefits shall be deemed to be due and payable under this act only to theextent provided in this act and to the extent that moneys are availabletherefor to the credit of the employment security fund and neither the statenor the secretary of labor shall be liable forany amount in excessof such sums.
