Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 7.--EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW

44-724. Separability of provisions.If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any personor circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of this act and theapplication of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall notbe affected thereby. No caption of any section or set of sections shall inany way affect the interpretation of this act or any part thereof.
