Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Article 7.--EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW

      44-762.   Same; curriculum for claimants,implementation and approval.The secretary of labor shall implement atraining curriculum for employees who will interact with claimants under theprovisions of K.S.A. 44-706 andK.S.A. 2009 Supp.44-760 through 44-764andamendments thereto. Such curriculum shall be approved by the state domesticviolence and sexual assault coalition designated by the center for diseasecontrol or health and human services.
