Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 51.--HOME HEALTH AGENCIES

      65-5106.   Same; written report; list of deficiencies; exit interview;copies of report.After completion of each survey inspection, a written reportof the findings with respect to compliance or noncompliance with theprovisions of this act and the standards established hereunder as well as alist of deficiencies found shall be prepared. The list of deficienciesshall specifically state the statute or rule and regulation which the homehealth agency is alleged to have violated. A copy of the survey inspectionreport shall be furnished to the applicant, except that a copy of thepreliminary survey inspection report signed jointly by a representative ofthe home health agency and the inspector shall be left with the applicantwhen an inspection is completed. This preliminary survey inspection reportshall constitute the final record of deficiencies assessed against the homehealth agency during the inspection, all deficiencies shall be specificallylisted and no additional deficiencies based upon the data developed at thattime shall be assessedat a later time. An exit interview shall be conducted in conjunction withthe joint signing of the preliminary survey inspection report.Upon request, every home health agency shall provide to any person acopy of the most recent survey inspection report and related documents,provided the person requesting such report agrees to pay a reasonablecharge to cover copying costs.
