3.250 Legislative finding. The General Assembly finds that it is desirable that the Commonwealth of Kentucky and <br>the United States exercise concurrent legislative jurisdiction for purposes of criminal law <br>enforcement over lands of the National Park System of the United States Department of <br>the Interior lying within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and to that end KRS 3.255 to <br>3.275 provides a mechanism for the adjustment of legislative jurisdiction. Effective: June 17, 1978 <br>History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 68, sec. 1, effective June 17, 1978
