7.420 Gathering information.
As a part of any investigation, study, monitoring, or evaluation pursuant to KRS 7.410, <br>the Office of Education Accountability shall attempt to gather all relevant information <br>before reaching conclusions or making public any findings. This shall include providing <br>an opportunity for the subject school district, agency, or individual to provide responsive <br>information.
