14.070 Unfinished business of General Assembly. The Secretary of State, at the close of each session of the General Assembly, shall inspect <br>the papers and documents which remain with the unfinished business, and carefully file in <br>his office such as he considers worthy of preservation, with proper labels designating the <br>session to which they belong.
